Laughable Management - Customer Service Representative Tektronix Employee Review

Management is becoming laughable. Since starting 2 years ago I have had 3 managers. The latest in the line of managers ignored issues I had, continues to try to intimidate me with old company policies and micromanages everything to an embarrassing level. Instead of telling me how you think the process I do every day can be improved why don't you learn a part of it so you can actually understand why it is done the way it is.
