Very poor management and leadership at the highest level of the organization. Leadership made some very bad investments, and to cover their losses the CEO took it out of the employees bonuses and other additional compensation beyond salary. They are more interested in promoting within the CEO's inner circle. The leadership will alienate top performers for giving any type of constructive criticism.
