A small, but mighty company...! - Recruiter Teksetra Employee Review

The only thing for me was that I would've liked to have been included in hiring for internal positions...but, that really wasn't even anything major. In addition, I discovered that most people who have the same job as I make quite a bit more in annual salary, but I should've done more market research while interviewing! Also, there wasn't really room for growth in my position at the time...would be nice to have the feeling of working toward a promotion or a new challenge.
