Very good working environment, very friendly and chill atmosphere and teams in both Bangladesh and US teams. Values opinons and everyone is very helpful. One of the best work environment in Bangladesh. Very good entry level job

Very few benefits and extra facilities. Can feel monotonous and not a good place for long term because of less exposure to different skill sets.

Flexitble office hour. No micro management. Nobody is monitoring. Work in US culture. Lunch and dinner.

Working hour (1 PM - 10 PM). No evening snacks. Almost no picnic/tour/outing. Low PTO.
