Pros
I was lucky to be placed in a role that fit my experience, and also had flexibility for family and medical issues outside of work.
Cons
I can't think of any drawbacks from my experience. Show up to work, communicate with the agency, they'll be good to you. Jobs are a good stepping stone, especially if you aren't after an amazing paycheck but need consistent work.
