- No support from Management
- Complete disconnect from Management and staff
- Terrible Benefits (Worse then McDonalds)
- Way below average pay for your position
- Toxic work environment, from Management and other staff.
- Micro-Managing is constant here
- Unstable Job (You can and will get fired with no notice)
- No adequate training, If it werent for the 1 or 2 staff already there who know how to do everything, It would be impossible to learn with the documentation provided
- Long work hours (On top of your normal 8-4, You also have to do On-Call work, and spontaneous over time that wont be properly paid out)
