Good for freshers - Anonymous employee Techstern Solutions Employee Review

I have been working at Techstern Solutionfor 1+ years now. I would say this is one of the great companies to work for. The company is highly diversified, meaning you can grow horizontally and vertically, depending on your interest. It has strong HR policies and it is a value based company. Techstern solutions takes care of employees aspirations and if you have established as a good performer, sky is the limit for you to grow within Techstern solution.Even-though Techstern Solutions is a huge company, it still maintains an entrepreneurial and start up like culture, where employees are encouraged to take risks. I truly appreciate being part of this great company and wish it all the good luck.

The thing that I admire the most about Snapdeal is Organizational Culture. Managements are immensly supportive. Leraning and Development are on great level. As an intern, I can say only my department and what i got to know from other dpartments are all at the best.
