      Nice offices, free drinks, effective leadership, good communication. Private healthcare. Nice people.

      Cons

      Terms could be better, holiday pension sick. Micromanaging. Killed motivation & passion for work. Unnecessary OTT disproportionate criticism, disrespectful, personal attack & ridicule. Oppressive & maddening.
