Pros

None. I gained nothing from this experience except clarity on what to avoid in future workplaces.

Cons

⭐ Leadership uses threats, fear, and silent treatment to control employees ⭐ Toxic, disrespectful behavior is normalized at the top and echoed by management ⭐ No psychological safety — questions or disagreement are punished ⭐ You're expected to work “countless hours” without boundaries or appreciation ⭐ No structure, no support, no professionalism — just chaos masked as “startup culture” ⭐ High turnover, low morale, and no accountability from those in charge

Pros

I’ve had a great experience working at Technology Digest. The management team is supportive and transparent, always encouraging innovation and professional growth. Teamwork is truly valued here, and you’ll find helpful, friendly colleagues who collaborate effectively and make work enjoyable. The office environment is amazing—modern, well-equipped, and designed to boost productivity while keeping things comfortable. The company culture is welcoming and positive, making it easy to feel like part of the team from day one. While the benefits are decent, there’s always room for improvement. However, the overall work-life balance and company culture make this a great place to work. I’d definitely recommend Technology Digest to anyone looking for a supportive and dynamic workplace!

Cons

Side benefits could be better – While the basics are covered, there’s room for improvement in perks and additional incentives. Settling processes – Certain processes feel a bit unstructured, which can slow down decision-making. Challenges with growth efforts – As the company expands, there are some growing pains—resource allocation, settling processes and adapting to new demands can be challenging at times. Overall it is a fun place to work.

Pros

It's a great experience working as a QA Automation Engineer at TDI. The team was collaborative, and I had the opportunity to work on challenging projects that enhanced my skills in automation, testing frameworks.

Cons

One area for improvement I would say streamlining communication across teams to ensure quicker resolution of issues and better alignment on project goals.
