Pros

I have been an employee of TCG for many years and it is still growing. There has been good times and bad times. The effort to push forward to make it better is by the dedication & hard work of the Employees, Team Leaders, Supervisors, and Management. Everyone is kind, polite, and does their best to help one another but everyone has their moments when they are not their best. You can learn a lot about electronics & the importance of recycling. It is a challenging job but is worth the time I have put in to see it succeed. There are good benefits, paid holidays, paid vacation, and paid personal time. Activities are offered if you are willing to volunteer your help. TCG also offered to all of its employees a two-month free membership to workout at U-fit.

Cons

It is a smaller company so growth can be slower than what you potentially may expect to see. It can sometimes be reactive instead of proactive.

Pros

Straight forward work schedule and consistent hours.

Cons

This job in almost ANY department will feel like working in a prison. The favoritism working here is so bad that the smallest mistake can cause you to suffer drastically as the ones who damage the companies reputation get their mistakes covered up. The team leads are extremely rude and disrespectful. The work demand is too high for such a low paying job, do not work here.
