      Helping improve the lives of the people in Afghanistan and Haiti. Communicating with people from other countries.

      Cons

      Lack of information sharing. CEO thinks he knows everything. All major and some minor decisions are made by the CEO and to a lesser extent the CFO. They use a top down management style. Scared to use new technology.
