Pros
Great company to work for, with a strong team spirit and a supportive working environment. I learned a lot during my experience and had many opportunities to grow professionally. I also had excellent managers who trusted me, supported me, and contributed significantly to my development.
Cons
Remote working is very limited, which can be a constraint for some employees. In addition, due to the size and structure of the company, career progression can sometimes be challenging for support functions.
