Company structure is reorganized every 6 months - Senior Designer TechnipFMC Employee Review

The company seems to do a big re-org every 6 months, so there is never a feeling of job security. The executives spend a lot of time promoting each other into better jobs, but does very little to reward or retain good employees. The IT services are THE WORST I have ever seen. Nothing that they make available seems to work, and it can take weeks just to get a response. This company is all about the management taking care of themselves, rather than the rest of the employees or even the customers for that matter.
