Good people in front lines.
Cons
No investment in people, equipment and most importantly in satisfying customers. Poor product quality, poor response and poor service. Sales team spent more time dealing with complaints than proactively selling. Ownership is completely out of touch with company and market. No business vision or planning whatsoever.
