Run away, don't walk. - Manager Technicote Employee Review

This company is a complete mess since bringing in the new president Mr. Hare. Not only are employees treated extremely poorly even when doing a great job, but it appears the board wants that to be the case. Numerous employee's have left the company since Mr. Hare has come on, most by their own choice. No one wants to work somewhere they aren't appreciated, paid low salary and little to zero benefits. No 401k, no vision, no dental and very poor healthcare. New president brought in new employees who do not understand the job, and do not care. Additionally, some are extremely abusive to co-workers and subordinates. the HR department verbally in the hallway gives out drug test results. Leaves confidential employee information out in the open. Tells co-workers business to other employees. Complete and utter violations. This is not a case of new school vs. old school as the management seems to think. This is a case of people watching a ship sink and being afraid daily that if they weren't hired by the new management that they will be out of a job at the drop of a dime.
