      Pros

      Supportive work culture. Provides a very good introduction to the working of an office. Very good onboarding system. Depending upon the manager you will get a chance to try different areas of work. Work culture that accepts people of all backgrounds.

      Cons

      Poor decision-makers Some processes are self-defeating Too many meetings of little value

      Mostly long-term employees who have a comfortable and friendship-like equation Many opportunities to move horizontally within the company and try different roles
