They don't give much feedback unless you are screwing up.

I work at the Goodyear Proving Grounds as a custodian and don't get me wrong i love working there. Do i love the job of course not how many people love being a custodian. Most of the people are great of course you have those people who believe they are better than everyone. Decent pay. Set hours. Fairly simple work.

No overtime. Only 1 raise per year and thats 3 percent if you are lucky hot weather its rare if you can move up through the company i have with them for a year now and have only seen one person move up and he has been there 5 years no sick pay only 1 week vaca after a year until 5 years then you get 2 weeks under appreciation
