Pros

If your new to solar, they will give you decent initial sales and product training to give you the best chance to succeed.

Cons

The sales structure is setup to benefit the company more than the contractor. Your told to close on the spot otherwise forget about it. But requested to provide exact details on objections. Then conveniently have an internal phone sales team to follow up which you will not be involved in even though your required to pay for your own car/travel expenses. The lead gen can also be stressful, some days good in same area, some days driving to the other side of town for a non qualified deal.

They are eager for you to succeed and they provide a lot of training in hard closing and pushy sales

Cons

This job was a total scam. Firstly, they train you up to be the worst type of salesman, the want you to be pushy and rely on people making a snap decision off half information. You are sent to peoples houses to convince them to adopt your solar system, even through its WAY more expensive than the average system, mostly based on the fact that it is a 'German' system (made in China). The pay structure is 100% commission, so you are dreaming if you think you will earn anywhere near their stated OTE earnings. In summary, you are wasting your evenings bothering people and borderline scamming them into buying overly expensive solar systems.
