      Great support from the managers. Communications is good, Great company bonus, like no other business I have ever witnessed

      Pros

      Laid back, great people to work with, monthly lunch on company

      Cons

      Pretty much no room for growth nor getting raises unless you're management it seems. Management is also pretty bad, and people get replaced a lot - not many people quit.. its usually being fired.
