They claim to have a patented but it is nothing special. While working there, found multiple companies do the same concept. It is a trash can in a locked cage. No identity with the company, need to focus on what they really are then what they want to be. TechR2 has been around for awhile but it is basically a startup that can't make the next step because of top management doesn't know how to build from what they have. No benefits, insurance is terrible. Might as well shop around and you can find much better pricing. CEO wants his "patented" concept to be purchased by IBM. Good thing they haven't fallen for the scam. Top management works middle management to the bone and top just take advantage of them while they are out of the office. Only time they are in is to belittle people.
