The company is relatively new so all ideas are welcomed and great colleagues to work with. It is a great place to work if you enjoy a slow paced working environment.

Poor management style. It's either very micro managing or zero management with lack of mentorship. Need to be able to endure the constant change of decision made by managers.

TechDesign is an incubated startup, so there's plenty of funding. The parent company pays on time and respects the labor law. The office is newly renovated and conveniently located.

A problematic executive makes life miserable for anyone who speaks decent English. If you're a native speaker, this will become your sole credential and the reason you were hired. I received mostly negative feedback for the work I did for marketing, as well as premeditated manipulation and the occasional public flogging. I was asked to provide strategy for website content, structure, and SEO. I was never included in meetings - my ideas were presented only to management. I wasn't given any recognition for the contribution I made to the company. If you're a foreigner or a Taiwanese expat, don't work here. If you're serious about building a career, know that this startup is still too young for you to achieve your short-term goals. If you care mainly about a guaranteed, decent pay and a pleasant atmosphere, you will probably like this workplace.
