Pros
* Remote work. * Nothing else.
Cons
Disclaimer: This review reflects my personal experience and is intended to inform. I noticed significant red flags early on that I regret overlooking. My time at this company caused significant stress and burnout due to heavy micromanagement, unclear role expectations, and frequent verbal changes to contract terms that were never documented in writing. These informal changes made it difficult to understand what standards were being applied at any given time, and often did not align with the written contract. This uncertainty created sustained stress and made it challenging to plan work or be confident about outcomes. The contract terms place most decision authority with the company, creating a power imbalance that leaves workers with little protection or leverage when disputes arose. Communication and transparency are inconsistent, which compounds frustration and undermines trust. In my experience the payment methods used resulted in significant third party fees. I was paid through services such as Payoneer and PayPal and incurred over 100 USD in processing charges over time. This made the compensation effectively lower than expected. At the end of my time with the company, compensation for work that had already been completed was withheld and ultimately never paid. Management tends to exert control through close oversight. When workers set reasonable boundaries, the response is often reactive rather than collaborative. In over a decade of professional experience, this was the most stressful role I have held. For these reasons, I cannot recommend working in this company. The role in my experience was a step back for my professional growth and the concerns listed previously created ongoing anxiety and burnout. I also warn readers on the overly positive reviews here in Glassdoor with caution, as in my opinion, several read like templated responses.
