You may get good peers, if you are lucky getting a good project. But do not stick around for more than 6 months, as you will run into the cons below.
Cons
The layer upon layer of hierarchy and bureaucracy in this company is mind boggling. At least 2 layers of lower Management (out of 6 or 7) that you will interact with regularly, are incompetent due to being powerless, so nothing ever happens on time. Power and knowledge hoarding is common. Communicate with middle and higher management directly and lower management loses it's mind as if their complete purpose of existence is questioned. Egos run rampant and managers negotiate with you like talking to children. Oh, Compensation and benefits is abysmal too.
