worst and abusive onshore manager incompetent and dumb offshore manager managing useless offshore team who always pass on most of their work to onshore deaf delivery head horrible upper management mostly jealousy and backstabbing teammates no training, too much pressure for prolonged period you will be expected to work even for 24 hours a day continuously for a week or so Not sufficient vacation days. You will be encouraged to stay healthy and be at office just to serve client and avoid losing billing for the company. low salary as per Canada standard, no increment, no significant benefits no immediate visa sponsorship for spouse always threatened to send me back home No encouragement no work from home even in harsh winter day you need to work with them for at least 5 years on work permit, before asking for immigration related documents. never felt that I was a real human, when i was surrounded mostly by wild animals in the form of humans Worst company and worst time in my life in this company. I will never ever recommend anyone to join this hell.
