Pros
Small projects, easy recognition, scope to work in different projects as most of the projects in MES at least are short term.
Cons
Appraisal cycle is unpredictable, can be cancelled at any time or on any grounds. Not a trait of an MNC. What you get at the time of switch is your package for coming 4 years or until you switch again. Zero hikes. I have seen ppl with huge experience but salary that of a fresher. It's a black hole. They usually try to lure you in with high switching hike like 45-50% and that's it. Forget the hike after that.
