TeamUp has been a great experience for me. Since the start the full team is hands-on and willing to help you get ramped up. Now, even as an established onboarding specialist, I feel like I can always count on the full team for help.
Work-life balance is my top priority, and TeamUp does a great job of encouraging us to use our unlimited pto benefits and take the time off.
Even as we continue to grow and move closer to being part of the DaySmart Company, TeamUp has continued to prioritize Customer Service and fully support its customer team.
Cons
The salary could use some improvement; it's not terrible, but I was pretty spoiled at my old company. However, the work-life balance and full remote make up for it.
