Pros
TeamSoft is a people-focused organization - this is reflected not just among internal employees but also with the consultants working out in the Madison area at our clients. They have a good benefits program and I love the way they give back to the community in so many ways with the TeamSoft Charitable Giving Committee. There is a certain amount of autonomy afforded to me that is not available in a lot of organizations but I also know that my manager is available if I am looking for guidance/suggestions on something.
Cons
Some areas have developed a lot of process/busy work which can be detrimental to independent thought, resourcefulness and overall development in certain positions - especially account management and recruiting. The good thing is that this has been recognized recently and is being addressed!
