Pros
I have been working for TeamHealth for 7 years and I have experienced a great deal of growth in my career there thanks to training and positive leadership. I have close relationships with the people I work with. I have worked at other companies and this is probably the best one hands down. They make you feel like you are a vital part of a team.
Cons
With continued growth their have been a few hiccups, but I am confident in the 20/20 initiative and the continued improvement of workplace processes. Wish their healthcare benefits were a little less expensive and covered more, but this is a complaint with most workplaces these days.
