Pros

Never have I met a company that truly cared about each employee on their payroll. They do everything available to them to support their employees from the little things like Red Sox tickets to a matching 401K and profit sharing they do the best with the resources they have. They are not selfish and recognize that they do so well because of the parts that keep us running. Time off starts out decently and increases at milestone markers. Year end bonuses on top of base pay. My team worked together really well, communicated honestly and efficiently.

Cons

Nothing that was a deal-breaker for me. I would tell you to stay aware it is a smaller company so there are not huge opportunities for growth, but its not that it would never happen and not that you'll never get a raise or promotion by taking on more responsibilities. If you are looking for really good simple Health Insurance then a fair warning that you do need to source your own but they reimburse you for up to X amount. (The good thing is a low level health insurance could be covered completely.)

Pros

TeamBonding truly lives up to its name. The company is built on collaboration, fresh ideas, and bringing people together in meaningful ways. Working in the team building industry means there is always something new unfolding, with different clients, creative programs, and a constantly changing mix of events and personalities. It is a workplace where things rarely feel repetitive and there is always something new to learn. One of the most special aspects of the company is its entrepreneurial leadership. Working directly under the CEO offered a close look at someone who is genuinely excited about exploring new ideas and not afraid to take chances. There is a real openness to hearing ideas and giving them a shot. That mindset creates an environment where people feel comfortable stepping up, contributing, and running with opportunities. When leadership is willing to listen and say “let’s do it,” great things can happen. That openness allows people to grow, try new things, and expand their skills over time. It is the kind of place where initiative is welcomed and curiosity is rewarded. The nature of the TeamBonding events itself also keeps things interesting. Between the programs, staff, and facilitators, there is always something happening. The pace can be fast and priorities can shift quickly, but that energy is part of what keeps the day to day engaging. I especially enjoyed the behind the scenes work on programs, from the initial program idea, to shaping the marketing, and then to seeing it all come together in actual client bookings. There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing a program evolve from initial concept through marketing execution to a fully booked event, especially when it’s for a great cause. Honestly, this has been the best job of my career. I’ll especially miss the brainstorming and the constant flow of new ideas. It’s an environment where creativity is encouraged and ideas can quickly turn into something real. The growth and opportunities that came from being part of this company have been incredible, and the people at TeamBonding are what make it special. I will truly miss the people and TeamBonding.

Cons

Fast-paced environment where priorities can shift, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Pros

Fun day of building bikes

Cons

I have never had a company make it so complicated to get paid!!!! Had to fill out a long invoice like it’s 1982. Then I had to figure out how set up an account on some website. And then I had to either pay $5 or print it myself and I dont have a printer! Ridiculous! I will not be working for them again because of this
