Athleisure dress code. Positive working environment. Power hour. For people that want an easy clock in/out 9-5 job.
Cons
No real advancement opportunities, work issued was customer service based. Only owners/directors receive actual bonuses and travel perks. Had to be on-site*While other titles could be remote, unfair for everyone else. Just let them choose. Socially hierarchical at times, if its a "Team effort" just fix an issue instead of pointing fingers for someone else to do it. The company is not that big to be utilizing a 'telephone-he/she said' approach.
