As of now there are no cons

Dan Ryan, the owner, is an amazing boss but also a great friend. I enjoy coming to work everyday because of how we all get along, this goes for all of the staff. Lots of potential for growth in the company and/or advancing your skills. Training opportunities come frequently. We do quality, honest work!

Only downside I can think of is our parking lot is too small for the amount of work we have currently. Cars everywhere! But this is being addressed soon... It's a good problem to have.
