      Pros

      The attitude there is very laid back, dress code is basically non existent. As an employee you get good discount on gear when you order it through the company.

      Cons

      Disorganized management and they let customer service get yelled at by their customers. Also, they typically only offer seasonal jobs, so don't get comfortable.
