      Pros

      Amazing culture with a politic of "no fixed hours" as long as the job is done correctly. Mix of a lot of different nationality making the office work a great places to learn from others. Remote work policy is good with 3 days min. to office Good health insurance covering important expenses

      Cons

      Lack of career support and "new" manager training Considered slightly lower paid that other Tech companies Just merged with Outbrain, management is expecting very high results which could result in higher pressure. Not a lot of benefits

      Awesome colleagues Great brand, product, and market positioning Beautiful office space filled with tons of snacks, free lunches, and activities Lots of opportunity to see growth and make an impact

      Cons

      Still a few growing pains leftover from the Outbrain/Teads merge that need to be ironed out
