      - Constant, amazing support from my Branch Manager, and everyone else! - Great commission structure and incentives - Fun environment to work, everyone get's the best out of each other - Hard work is definitely rewarded - Promotion & progression opportunities

      Cons

      Only thing I can think of would be the dark early mornings in winter, but that's a standard.
