Pros
The supervisors and director are great communicators, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. Very flexible and self paced! A great position to grow professionally and develop skills. So much support to help you get started. They provide multiple resources that are simple and easy to follow and use.
Cons
Honestly the only con is no benefits but that is expected when taking on a freelance position. It is clearly communicated early on the compensation and the responsibilities. It can be difficult at times to make a full-time wage so I would recommend this position for those looking for an extra income or a part time position.
