      Work culture is a 10 really. Work-life balance is also really great.

      Cons

      The pay could be better though. Considering that this is a multi-national. The pay doesn't match the current economic situation of the country.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
