Pros

- Team Bonding Culture: TeKnowledge places genuine emphasis on team bonding, with regular activities that foster camaraderie and collaboration. - Perks & Benefits: Employees enjoy a 13th-month salary, a thoughtful Christmas package, and a transportation subsidy that helps ease commuting costs. - Healthcare Coverage: The HMO benefits are solid and provide peace of mind for both routine and emergency medical needs. - Supportive Colleagues: The team environment is generally positive, with people willing to help and share knowledge.

Cons

- Limited Growth Opportunities: Career advancement tends to be slow, with few clear pathways for upward mobility. - Compensation Misalignment: The salary for the Team Manager role does not reflect the scope of responsibilities, which often expand without formal review, bonuses, or adjustments. - Role Creep: Additional tasks and expectations are frequently added on an ad-hoc basis, making it difficult to maintain work-life balance or feel adequately compensated. - Recognition & Feedback: While the company values hard work, formal recognition and performance feedback mechanisms could be more consistent and transparent.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Cons

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
