      There are a few people that really care about employees They do employee activities The workload is fair

      Cons

      *Salary us not completive among other companies on the same line of business *They promise a hybrid working model that at least for El Salvador has too many requirements to be consider a benefit. *No bonuses

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
