      Good place to develop and gain some experience

      Cons

      - Poor pay package. Pay not commensurate to efforts. - Incentives are killjoy because they are even less than the minimum restaurant tips. - Pay Per Incident on paper but not in practice. - Work life balance not balanced. Number of leave days for engineers not up to standard (15 days)

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
