-Management is clueless with an incredibly high turnover rate
-Low level employees are exploited and overworked
-Low pay
-Forced to work holidays. EVERY holiday. Including Christmas. Literally no days off.
-Very little opportunity for advancement
-Even when a position opens up, they will drag their feet filling it, leaving the position unfilled for months at a time and letting the team suffer the consequences.
-Insane focus on hitting metrics that are set very high with little support
-Training is basically non-existent, you get a couple weeks and then are thrown in the fire.
