      Estabilidad laboral, pagos on time

      Cons

      Ambiente laboral tenso e hipocrita entre Team Managers, un Operations Manager incompetente en el lado de Azure IDT. Aumentos muy minimos apesar de tener un volumen de casos muy alto, lo mas que se gana como ingeniero son $1200, cuando otras cuentas de la misma empresa ganan hasta $1800 con un volumen mas bajo.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
