      Pros

      There is lots of opportunity for advancement, and everyone is really nice. Not a lot of high level positions, but you can build the skills here to get a higher paying job at another company. Working here feels like being part of a family.

      Cons

      Training in some of the departments is chaotic, and can be insufficient. Success ultimately depends on your ability to be a self motivated learner.

      Thank you for the feedback and suggestion! We do work on having that family feel - we call that being 'Stronger Together'! You are correct that there are indeed less positions available as you advance. We see about 30% of our staff receiving promotions in new roles throughout the year.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
