      Time to work and study, flexibility with the trainings and work

      Cons

      Salary is not really good to keep the job for a lot years but if you are new with the technology Tek will give you enough experience to continue growing

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
