      Pros

      Good stepping stone into the tech/IT industry. Enjoyed the people I worked with.

      Cons

      Paid poorly for the work provided compared to many similar jobs in the industry. The branch I operated under (Microsoft contracted) no longer exists due to a lesser need for level I & II support with Copilot/ChatGPT. That said, it seemed senior management hid a lot from us.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Cons

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
