Work was a little slow/monotonous at times.

There are no relevant pros to list.

The company responses to these reviews generally hyper-focus on the pros and ignore the cons. Ergo, I will list no pros. The company does not value the members with the most knowledge. Departments with inconsistent and incomplete training are consistently paid more than those in departments with rigorous standards and institutional knowledge. The colleagues who have the knowledge to prevent problems are not consulted first, but instead are expected to fix the problems after the fact
