      At first glance, everyone is amiable and interactive. The pay is good and so are the benefits.

      Cons

      After 6 months, you are expected to work constantly and are told by your direct manager to produce more and complete it faster. Rarely acknowledged for what you do accomplish when it happens. No immediate gratification for the hard work, other than a paycheck.
