I am sorry that you were affected by our recent restructuring. Being laid off is never easy for the person or their family. I was not directly involved in the decision of who we let go, so I looked at our current Case Coordinator employees, and the shortest tenure is over four years, with multiple employees being here over a decade. Job performance, attitude, and cultural fit are our most important criteria when evaluating employees, but tenure also matters, as we value longevity.
We are not a huge company, so there are some limitations on possible advancement opportunities. We recognize this and offer $5250 per year in tuition reimbursement and free education opportunities to become an Enrolled Agent. These two items are offered to help our employees improve their skills and marketability even if there is not an open position for advancement.
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I wish you the best in finding a new job.
