1. Sensitivity towards personal issues. 2. Work-Life balance 3. Peers/Colleagues-Generally good people around 4. Senior Management is reachable and responsive-It may not be to your satisfaction but that's a big thing. 5. Opportunity for permormers(Difficult to get noticed-basically you have to be on your toes to get noticed)

1. Compensations/Increments 2. Slow 3.You can easily get lost 4. If you want fast/challenging opportunities-you are at wrong place. here things take time for everything. 5. Exit Options- Very Few industries will acccept
