Worst Company i have seen so far - Senior Manager Tata Projects Limited Employee Review

Very disturbed,unethical,unprofessional and incompetent environment.No Value for talent,skills,expertise and experience.Top management only prefers blind people(People who will say yes/No as per boss direction) rather than talent,skills,expertise and experience.No structure in entire organization.HR department is useless and worth less.They can re designate the employees and employee who is at Deputy Manager can become Sr.Manager in a year i hope no where in the world this can be happened.
