The best things about this company is its work Life balance, (though they may at times ask you to work during weekends or call during odd hours).the policies are employee centric and as a employee you will feel proud working for a tata company.
Cons
Poor management style, good leaders have now left the company or being sent to other discoms, politics during appraisals, poor increment rates and stagnant career development options spoil the employee experience. If you stay more than 2 years, you will be unemployable in the market.
